POSITION: Software Developer

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Perform advanced data visualization and analysis tasks using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server architecture
  • Create customized annual reports using Pytex,
  • Apply VDB in efficient data transfer, data flow optimization and integration.
  • Participate in code reviews and peer reviews to maintain quality standards.
  • Write design documents, gather specific requirements from clients, sales, support, and approval from the Product Manager.
  • Design algorithms and flowcharts
  • Produce testable, scalable, and efficient code based on specifications and design documents.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications.
  • Develop REST API platforms using preferred company solutions.
  • Integrate software components and data into third-party programs, like Tableau.
  • Collect and analyze data using both manual and automated methods.
  • Translate data into easily understandable dashboards and executive-level report deliverables in R3 Visual Analytics (powered by Tableau).
  • Verify and deploy programs and systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing codes.
  • Recommend and execute improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date code documentation.
  • Create technical documentation for reference and reporting upon request.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Web-based applications.
